1. Who we are and what this agreement covers
This User Agreement is between you and RaidsRobotics, the developer and publisher identified for Poker Offline: Casino Royale on its app-store listing (the Operator). It governs the app, its games, local guest profile, virtual items, updates, support and any related services. By selecting GUEST, installing, accessing or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and age
The app is intended only for people aged 18 or older and for people legally permitted to use simulated casino games where they live. You confirm that you meet every applicable minimum age and eligibility requirement, that you have legal capacity to agree, and that your use is not prohibited by local law. The app is not directed to children. A parent or guardian must not permit an ineligible minor to use the app or make a purchase.
3. Entertainment only - no real-money gambling
The app is an offline, entertainment-only simulated casino. It does not accept real-money wagers and does not award money, property or anything redeemable for money or money's worth. Virtual chips, XP, ranks, spins, cosmetics and other virtual items are gameplay features only. They are not currency, deposits, stored value, investments or property; they cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred, exchanged outside the app or used to participate in real-world gambling. Success in the app does not indicate likely success in real gambling.
4. Limited licence
Subject to this Agreement, the Operator gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app for private, non-commercial entertainment on a supported device. The app, gameplay, virtual chips, XP, spins, ranks, cosmetics and other virtual content are licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of the app or any virtual item. Save data is a technical record of gameplay and has no monetary value or independent property right. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Store-provider terms also apply and prevail where they impose mandatory platform rules. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to a completed purchase.
5. Gameplay, odds and results
Game outcomes may involve random or pseudo-random processes. Displayed odds, rules and payouts describe virtual gameplay only. Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, prior results do not affect future results. The Operator may correct a clear technical, display, calculation or settlement error. Where a paid product provides access to randomised virtual rewards, applicable odds will be disclosed clearly and close to the purchase before payment. No uninterrupted session, particular result, rank, reward or continued feature availability is guaranteed.
6. Guest profile, saves and device responsibility
The guest profile is primarily stored on the device. You are responsible for controlling access to the device and keeping its operating system and store account secure. Uninstalling, clearing app data, replacing a device, storage failure, unauthorised modification or an unsupported backup process may remove local progress. Recovery features may restore a valid backup but cannot guarantee recovery in every case.

7. Virtual items and purchases
If purchases are enabled, each offer will identify what is provided. Chip packs, extra Daily Spins and Royal Spins are consumable one-off items unless an offer explicitly says otherwise. Cosmetics may be durable for the supported life of the app, but remain licensed virtual content. Prices, taxes, availability and currency conversion are handled through the authorised app store. You authorise the store provider to charge the displayed price. Payment-card details are handled by the store provider, not by this app.
Purchases are subject to the store provider's billing and refund processes and to mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this Agreement removes a legal right to a refund, remedy, repair, replacement or cancellation. Where law permits, used consumables and delivered digital content are otherwise final. A reversed, refunded, fraudulent or unauthorised transaction may result in the associated unused virtual items being removed.
8. Rewarded advertising and third-party services
Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Ad availability, content and network delivery are controlled in part by third parties and are not guaranteed. Store, billing, advertising, operating-system and external-link services have their own terms and privacy practices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for delay, interruption or loss caused solely by a third party, device, network or event outside the Operator's reasonable control. This does not affect any applicable right to support, restoration, replacement or refund where payment was taken but purchased content was not supplied. Privacy Choices are separate from this Agreement. Either advertising choice permits the app to request a rewarded ad; rejecting non-essential processing asks supported partners to provide non-personalized or contextual ads instead.
9. Acceptable use
You must not: cheat; automate play; use bots, scripts or input tools; exploit or conceal a bug; manipulate saves, clocks, ad callbacks, purchase receipts, rewards, balances or results; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or extract algorithms, source code or random-number seed data, except strictly to the extent mandatory law non-waivably permits it, including for lawful software interoperability; circumvent security or technical limits; distribute malware; copy or commercially exploit app content; impersonate another person; harass anyone; or use the app for unlawful gambling, money laundering, fraud or any illegal purpose. Please report material vulnerabilities privately through the support contact shown on the store listing.
10. Updates, changes and availability
The Operator may add, rebalance, correct, suspend or remove features, virtual items, rules, rewards, compatibility or content for security, legal, technical, economic or gameplay reasons. This includes reasonable changes to mechanics, virtual economies, reward rates and odds. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or remedies relating to completed purchases, and material changes affecting paid content will be handled in accordance with applicable law and store-provider rules. Material changes will be notified where required by law. An update may be required to continue using the app. The Operator may discontinue future support, updates or online services after reasonable advance notice where practicable. Previously purchased content, restoration rights and any refunds or other remedies will remain subject to applicable law and store-provider requirements.
11. Intellectual property
The app, code, artwork, audio, characters, interfaces, text, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by intellectual-property laws. Casino game names and rules may be descriptive; no licence is granted to the app's original presentation, assets or software. If you voluntarily provide non-confidential feedback or suggestions, you grant the Operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into products and services without payment or attribution. This feedback licence does not apply to personal data, support communications or material you do not have authority to license.

12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Where technically available and where the Operator reasonably believes there has been a material breach, fraud, cheating, botting, an exploit, a security risk or a legal requirement, the Operator may take proportionate action. This may include suspending access, correcting or removing balances or items obtained through the violation, restricting support channels in response to serious or repeated abuse, or terminating this licence. Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will provide a reason and an opportunity to appeal. Legitimately purchased entitlements and any required remedies remain subject to applicable law and store-provider rules. Provisions which by nature should survive termination continue to apply, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without promises beyond those expressly stated. For business users, all implied warranties, conditions and representations are excluded to the fullest lawful extent. The Operator does not promise that the app will be error-free, compatible with every device, continuously available or free from every harmful component, or that any virtual result, ad, reward, save or external service will remain available. You are responsible for deciding whether the app meets your needs and for maintaining reasonable device and account safeguards. Nothing here excludes any warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that law does not allow to be excluded. Subject to those protections and to the maximum extent permitted by law, a consumer may recover direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable and caused by the Operator's breach. The Operator is not liable to a consumer for business losses or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. The Operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by an app store, ad provider, network, device fault, unsupported modification or event beyond the Operator's reasonable control, without limiting any mandatory support, restoration or refund right. For a business user, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or virtual progress is excluded to the fullest lawful extent, and the Operator's aggregate liability arising from the app or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of GBP 10 and the amount that user paid for the app during the previous 12 months.
15. Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct loss reasonably caused by your unlawful use, fraud or material breach. This does not require a consumer to indemnify the Operator for the Operator's own negligence or for liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
16. Governing law and disputes
Before starting a claim, each party should send a written notice describing the dispute, requested resolution and relevant app or transaction details to the other party. Notices to the Operator must be sent to raidsrobotics@gmail.com. The parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt. This process does not prevent urgent interim relief and does not require anyone to let a legal limitation period expire.
This Agreement and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer nevertheless keeps any mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in any court that mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules permit. If you use the app wholly or mainly for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction and you waive objections to that forum to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No pre-dispute arbitration is mandatory for a consumer. After a dispute arises, the parties may agree in writing to confidential mediation or arbitration in England and Wales. Nothing in this section removes a non-waivable right, hinders access to a lawful remedy or dictates whether a court hearing must be in person.

17. General terms
If a provision is invalid, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer this Agreement without consent; the Operator may transfer it with the app or business subject to applicable law. This Agreement and the documents it incorporates are the complete agreement about the app, without limiting statements that law makes binding. No person other than you and the Operator has a right to enforce this Agreement, except a lawful successor or assignee.
If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language and consumer protections remain unaffected.
