ABOUT RAIDSROBOTICS.COM

This website

Website information updated: 20 October 2026.

RaidsRobotics uses Cloudflare Pages to host this website. Cloudflare processes connection and traffic information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its handling of this information.

These pages serve their images, fonts and videos directly from this website. The screenshot viewer, navigation and video controls run in your browser; this website does not send interaction data to an analytics service. These pages do not include account registration, forms, analytics scripts or ad-serving scripts, and do not themselves set cookies or use browser storage. Hosting security features may process technical information or use strictly necessary cookies.

The site retains Google AdSense account-verification information and advertising-authorisation files. Those records do not themselves display advertisements or initiate advertising tracking. If website advertising or optional analytics is enabled later, the website notice and any applicable consent controls will need to reflect that processing.

Download links open Google Play and may include campaign labels identifying this website as their source. These labels contain no individual user identifier. Google Play, YouTube, Instagram and other linked services process your visit under their own policies when you follow a link. In-game privacy choices do not control those external services or website-hosting technologies.

This website does not receive or store your game save files. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, as described under support data below. The Google Sites legal page is a separate website; Google’s hosting and cookie policies apply when you visit it.

1. SCOPE AND CONTROLLER

This worldwide Privacy & Storage Technologies Notice explains how Poker Offline: Casino Royale handles information. The data controller is RaidsRobotics (the Operator). Contact: raidsrobotics@gmail.com. This Notice applies to the app, guest profile, optional Google Play Games cloud save, support, optional rewarded ads, optional Google Analytics for Firebase and any enabled purchases. Selecting GUEST acknowledges this Notice; it is not consent to cloud save, non-essential analytics, targeted advertising or marketing. Google Play Games connection is a separate optional choice. On Android, Google's privacy message manages the advertising and analytics choices it offers. Your consent choice may be saved and reused on later launches until you change it or Google requires a renewed choice. Firebase Analytics collection remains off unless that message supplies an explicit grant for analytics storage. It remains off if the grant is missing, declined, not applicable or not configured. Advertising eligibility is not treated as analytics consent. Rejecting personalized advertising asks supported advertising partners to use non-personalized or contextual ads, subject to applicable law. Declining analytics does not prevent ordinary gameplay, local saving or purchases.

2. INFORMATION HANDLED

Local gameplay and profile data: display name, avatar choice, virtual-chip balance, XP, level, rank, challenges, rewards, settings, game statistics, hand history, virtual entitlements, transaction journal, recovery data and policy acceptance. These items are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Reward-claim records include whether a one-time joining or promotional bonus has been claimed and the related virtual-chip transaction. These records form part of the game save and are included in optional cloud saves. An additional local recovery receipt may be associated with the guest profile or the verified account hash described below. These records help prevent duplicate rewards and recover interrupted grants.

Optional cloud-save data: if you choose to connect Google Play Games, the app sends a protected copy of gameplay and profile progress, including virtual balances, statistics, entitlements and the transaction journal, to Google Play Games Saved Games. Device-only preferences such as advertising consent, audio, haptics, notification settings and policy acceptance are not included in that cloud copy. The app uses the Google Play Games player identifier to bind the save to the signed-in account, but stores only a one-way hash of that identifier in its own save metadata. This hash is account-linked, pseudonymous information; it is not anonymous. Google may separately process account, authentication, service and technical data under its own privacy policy.

Device and technical data: app version, operating system, device model, language, time zone, crash or diagnostic information, network information and security or fraud signals, but only when an enabled platform or service provides or requires them.

Purchase data: product identifier, price/currency, purchase state, store order or transaction reference, entitlement and refund/reversal status. The authorised app store processes your payment credentials; the Operator does not need your complete card or bank details.

Advertising data: if rewarded advertising is enabled, Unity LevelPlay and mediated advertising partners may process IP address, advertising or app-instance identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, device/app information, consent signals, ad requests, impressions, clicks, completion events and fraud-prevention data. On Android, supported partners read Google's consent signals before advertising starts; the legacy in-game advertising choice is used only on supported other platforms. Rejecting non-essential processing does not prevent technical data strictly needed to request, deliver, secure and verify a contextual or non-personalized rewarded ad.

Optional analytics data: when analytics storage is explicitly allowed, Google Analytics for Firebase may process app-instance and session identifiers, screen and session events, app version, device model, operating system, language and approximate region derived from an IP address. Advertising identifiers and advertising-related use are subject to the corresponding consent signals and enabled settings. The app records the first_round_completed milestone when an eligible player first completes a qualifying round in any of the following game modes: Blackjack, Texas Hold'em, Roulette, Video Poker, Slots, Baccarat or Pai Gow Poker. A game_mode parameter identifies the mode. This is a first qualifying completion milestone, not an event sent for every round. It is recorded only when analytics collection is allowed; previous gameplay completed without that permission is not retrospectively reported through this milestone. That custom event does not include the cards dealt, hand history, virtual-chip balance, display name or Google Play Games player identifier. Firebase may automatically report supported in-app purchases or subscriptions with product identifiers and price/currency while collection is enabled; it does not receive payment-card details from this event.

Support data: if you contact support, the Operator may receive your contact details, message, attachments, device/app details you provide and records needed to resolve the request. The app does not intentionally request precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, health data, government IDs or payment-card numbers for ordinary gameplay. If a future feature changes this, this Notice and any required permission or consent flow must be updated before collection.

3. SOURCES

Information comes from you and your gameplay, the device and operating system, Google Play Games when you choose to connect it, the authorised app store, advertising or diagnostic providers that are actually enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase when analytics storage is explicitly allowed, and support communications. The app does not buy personal-information profiles from data brokers.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

The Operator uses information to provide and save the game, restore and synchronise progress through optional Google Play Games cloud save, including automatic backups after a successful connection and initial sync, protect progress during conflicts or account changes, process and restore entitlements, maintain security, detect fraud or corrupted saves, record one-time reward claims to help prevent duplicate rewards, respond to support, comply with law, measure reliability and show an optional rewarded ad. Optional Firebase Analytics helps the Operator understand which game modes players start playing and measure whether acquisition campaigns bring players who complete a round. When the Analytics property is linked to Google Ads, permitted event and conversion metrics may be used to measure campaign performance and improve player acquisition, subject to applicable analytics and advertising consent signals. Depending on location and context, the legal basis is performance of the user agreement, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the app, protection of legal claims, or consent. Firebase Analytics collection in this app requires an explicit analytics-storage grant; acceptance of this Notice or permission to request an ad is not a substitute. Where legitimate interests apply, the Operator must balance them against your rights. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively without affecting earlier lawful use.

5. LOCAL STORAGE, COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The native app does not need ordinary browser cookies for core gameplay. It uses device storage for saves, settings, security, purchase entitlements and this acknowledgement. These are strictly necessary to provide choices or features you request. If you choose to connect Google Play Games cloud save, the app contacts that service to restore or synchronise your saved progress. After a successful connection and initial sync, it may automatically back up changes to saved progress during that connected session and attempt a backup when the app is paused or closed. A backup may not finish if the app is stopped, the connection is unavailable or the service cannot complete the request. The app does not continuously upload after it is closed. Connecting the same Google Play Games account after reinstalling the app or clearing local data can restore an available cloud save. Restoration depends on a valid save having been uploaded successfully and being available from that account; it is not guaranteed in every case. Play Offline and local saving remain available without connecting cloud save. SDKs may use identifiers, local storage, software development kits or other technologies that function like cookies on a mobile device. When analytics collection is allowed, Firebase Analytics uses app-instance identifiers and local event storage to measure use of the app. Non-essential analytics, advertising measurement, profiling or targeted-ad technologies require the applicable separate choices. You can also reset the device advertising ID or change privacy controls in the operating-system settings.

6. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Information may be disclosed only as needed to: Google Play Games when you choose to connect cloud save, including automatic backups while connected; authorised app stores and billing providers; Google for Firebase Analytics and linked Google Ads conversion measurement when the applicable choices allow it; advertising partners for a reward you request and subject to applicable consent; hosting, support, security, diagnostics or professional advisers actually used by the Operator; a buyer or successor in a lawful business transaction; or authorities and other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate fraud or protect safety. Service providers must be restricted by contract where required. The Operator does not sell personal information for money. Certain targeted-ad disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US laws; where applicable, they must remain off until the required choice is offered and any opt-out is honoured. Advertising providers may include Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and mediated partners actually enabled in the LevelPlay account. Unity's game-player privacy notice is available at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Google Play and Google Play Games process store, billing, account and Saved Games data under Google's policies. Google describes its use of information from apps using its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Firebase privacy practices at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Additional Google Analytics data-sharing, audience or advertising features must be reflected in the public privacy notice and applicable choices if enabled. Other mediated partners, if enabled, must be identified on the public privacy page or through a partner list made available to the user.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the Operator must use an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, certification, consent or another lawful transfer mechanism, plus supplementary safeguards when necessary. You may ask the privacy contact for information about the applicable safeguard.

8. RETENTION

Local profile and save information remains until you clear app data, uninstall, use an available deletion control, or it is replaced through normal save rotation. Local primary/backup files, a bounded transaction history and a small bounded set of conflict-recovery archives may be retained in private device storage to protect recovery and integrity. If cloud save is connected, one cloud copy remains in Google Play Games until replaced or deleted under the applicable Google account or service controls. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not by itself delete that cloud copy. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide entitlements, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet tax/accounting duties. Support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request and legal claims. Firebase Analytics event and user data are retained according to the configured Google Analytics property retention settings. You may ask the privacy contact for the applicable retention setting and linked-product retention; Google's retention guidance is at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196. Aggregated reporting may be retained differently from individual event data. Withdrawing consent stops future permitted collection but does not automatically erase all previously processed reports or linked-product records. Provider retention periods must be listed in the public notice or linked provider notices. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to legal holds and mandatory retention.

9. SECURITY

The Operator uses proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including app-private storage, integrity checks, atomic save replacement, account-bound cloud metadata and backup recovery. No system is perfectly secure. Keep the device and store account protected and contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. A qualifying breach will be assessed and notified as required by applicable law.

10. YOUR CHOICES

You may decline Google Play Games connection and choose Play Offline; ordinary gameplay and local saving remain available. A remembered cloud-save connection can be changed by signing out of Google Play Games or using applicable Google account controls. You may disable optional local notifications in the app or device settings. You may decline optional rewarded ads; ordinary gameplay remains available, although the optional reward is not granted. Use Privacy Choices in the in-game settings to reopen Google's privacy message where it is offered, review its advertising and analytics choices and withdraw analytics permission. Firebase Analytics remains off when that message does not supply an explicit analytics-storage grant, including when the purpose is not applicable or not configured for the user. Changing the analytics choice to denied stops Firebase Analytics collection; changing advertising choices applies the corresponding treatment for later requests. These changes do not undo processing already lawfully completed. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local profile data from that device but may not delete a Google Play Games cloud save or records independently held by a store, advertising, analytics or support provider; use the relevant provider controls or contact the relevant party or the Operator for those records. Declining analytics does not restrict ordinary gameplay, local saving or purchases.

11. WORLDWIDE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to the Operator, you may have rights to know or access information, receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, limit use of sensitive information, obtain data portability, appeal a refusal, and complain to a regulator. You will not be discriminated against for exercising a right. Some rights have exceptions and identity may need to be verified. An authorised agent may submit a request where local law allows. EEA, UK and Switzerland: rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, plus a complaint to the competent supervisory authority. You may object separately to direct marketing at any time. United States: residents of California and other states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and appeal. The Operator does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Brazil: where the LGPD applies, rights may include confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation/blocking/deletion, portability, information about sharing and consent, withdrawal, review and a complaint to the ANPD. Canada: where Canadian private-sector law applies, you may seek access and correction and withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits; consent information must be understandable. Australia and New Zealand: where applicable, you may request access or correction and complain to the Operator and relevant privacy regulator. India: when the Digital Personal Data Protection framework applies, rights may include information about processing, correction, completion, erasure, grievance redress and nomination. Japan and South Korea: where APPI or PIPA applies, rights may include disclosure/access, correction, deletion or suspension of use and information about overseas provision, subject to law. Other countries: the Operator will honour any additional mandatory privacy right that applies. Submit a request through raidsrobotics@gmail.com and identify your country, request and relevant device/store information.

12. ADULT USE

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from a child in breach of COPPA, the UK Children's Code, GDPR-family laws or other child-privacy rules. If you believe a child has provided information, contact the Operator so it can be investigated and deleted where required. Advertising must not be personalised to a known child.

13. AUTOMATED DECISIONS

Game rules automatically calculate virtual outcomes, rewards, rank and AI actions. These entertainment decisions do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. Fraud or purchase checks may use automated signals, with human review where required by law.

14. CHANGES AND CONTACT

This Notice may change when features, providers or laws change. The date and version will be updated and renewed acknowledgement or consent will be requested where required. For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints, email raidsrobotics@gmail.com. You may also complain to the privacy regulator in your country. Mandatory local law prevails over any inconsistent wording in this Notice.
